Pupils are taught Religious Studies up to GCSE level. The School day begins with Assembly, which usually contains a hymn as well as a talk by pupils or teachers on moral, ethical or historical issues. A monthly Sunday service is attended by all boarders, excluding Sixth Form (Years 12/13), at the Parish Church and a visiting preacher takes a Christian service at school on a number of Sundays during the year. There is a Roman Catholic church in Tring attended by pupils and staff, and pupils of other faiths are given time and space to observe their own practices.
