PSHE //
This subject aims to promote emotional, social and health development of children and young people. It provides information on a range of health issues relevant to their age, maturity and understanding and covers areas such as, citizenship, sex and relationships, diet and exercise, alcohol, tobacco and other drugs. It also allows children to explore values and beliefs, including respect, morality and an understanding of cultural diversity.
At Tring Park, we believe that awareness of our own society and of important world issues is a very important aspect of education and it is implicit in the entire curriculum. We also provide workshops, featuring particular topics, at the end of the summer term.
