Our Sixth Form Open Day is open to those interested in joining any of our Sixth Form vocational courses – Dance, Commercial Music, Acting and Musical Theatre. The Open Day includes a guided tour of the school, a performance by students on each vocational course, a welcome talk by the Principal and the opportunity to meet staff.

We are proud to offer over 20 subjects at Sixth Form level at Tring Park School; students can choose to study up to three A-Level qualifications which take place in the mornings from 8:30am to 12:55pm followed by vocational classes until 6:30pm.

Our Sixth Form leavers pursue a wide variety of paths that reflect the diverse nature of the education at Tring Park School. In recent years approximately 10% have gone straight into their careers, with around 60-70% choosing the option of Higher Education and around 20-30% choosing to take a gap year and defer their entry into University.

In the last three years these have included: University of Oxford, Arts Educational Schools (ArtsEd), Arts University Bournemouth, Bath Spa University, Bird School, Cambridge University, Durham University, Guildford School of Acting (GSA), The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP), Laine Theatre Arts, Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), Pace University, Royal Holloway, The Courtauld Institute Of Art, University College London (UCL), University of Exeter, University of Leeds, University of Nottingham, University of Reading, University of Sheffield, University of Surrey, Urdang Academy.
