This programme gives young male dancers an opportunity to work with like-minded individuals who show the same passion and drive in attaining a dance career in the future.
For ages 8-16.
The course runs for three Sundays a term and is designed for the male dancer with a focus on technique, physical strength training, creativity and performance. This is a supplementary course and should support external training.
Students receive three classes in each Sunday session. Classical Ballet technique, jazz/street technique and a variety class which will include contemporary, West End repertoire, drama and music. Seniors and invited intermediate dancers also receive a 45-minute training session including upper body training and stretching and fitness exercises.
