Learning the art of kindness
Our First and Second Form had an opportunity today to reflect about what it means to be kind members of the Tring Park Community.
With Prefects leading in small groups they set themselves some targets to help enhance the positive mind-set that helps us all thrive. The pictures captures the vibe as they thought deeply together about how they could engage with this.
They took away a range of little quote cards on the theme, to remind themselves about the significance and impact of kindness. "Everywhere you go, leave a glitter trail of kindness behind you", was as popular as was Anne Frank's comment, "How wonderful it is that no one need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world".
Even Plato recognised that it can be a challenge yet he said "Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle".
