Celebrating student engagement and enjoyment in languages

To celebrate the end of the first six weeks learning Spanish, the Second Form learned a Spanish lullaby called "Los pollitos" (The Little Chickens) which is a traditional Spanish song about a mother hen caring for her chicks.  Learning and singing the song has been a fun way for our students to learn and recognise some key words and phrases in a different language.

Laura Leonard, Head of Languages at Tring Park said “I am proud of how the students embraced the challenge and engaged with this project, especially as they were given only twenty minutes to learn and perform the song.”
