It's a Girl Thing!

Past and present students on Tring Park's Musical Theatre Course launch their new season of cabaret performances at London's iconic cabaret venue - the Pizza Express Pheasantry.

Our 'Girls' Night' features current Musical Theatre students Gracie Smith and Lulu-Mae Pears who will be joined by Tring Park alumni Georgie Ashford and Leah West.  The evening will be hosted by musical theatre alum Nikki Burnhope.

Theatre credits include: Godiva Rocks (Belgrade Theatre), The Queens Nose (The Other Palace), Oklahoma! (BBC Proms, Royal Albert Hall), Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (Aldwych Theatre) Show Boat (New London Theatre), A Chorus Line (London Palladium), Legally Blonde (Savoy Theatre), Our House 10th Anniversary Concert (Savoy Theatre), Singin’ in the Rain (Chichester Festival Theatre), Barnum (UK Tour), Oliver! (Sheffield Crucible), My Fair Lady (BBC Proms, Royal Albert Hall), Christmas in New York (Lyric Theatre), Broadway to West End (Theatre Royal, Drury Lane), Luna Park (Tristan Bates Theatre), Olivier Awards (Theatre Royal, Drury Lane). Workshops include: I Can’t Sing! The X Factor Musical. 

Television includes: Oklahoma!, Kiss Me Kate (BBC Proms).



Leah West

Leah graduated from Arts Educational Schools, London in 2015.  Whilst training she had the opportunity to perform with the BBC Concert Orchestra as a soloist on BBC Radio 2's Friday Night is Music Night and was runner-up in the Stephen Sondheim Student Performer of the Year award.  Her credits since graduating include: Disney's film  Beauty and the Beast.  She then appeared in Grand Hotel at the Southwark Playhouse where she later returned to play Beulah and Mrs Lansdale in Rogers and Hammerstein's Allegro.  After doing a UK tour of a new musical, The Smallest Show on Earth, Leah began working at the Theatre Du Chatelet in Paris and the Grand Theatre Luxembourg with a production of Kiss Me Kate.  She recently appeared at the Sheffield Crucible in Annie Get Your Gun and in a concert performance of Oklahoma at the BBC Proms.
