Adult Dance Classes
We’re delighted to offer Adult Dance Classes in Hertfordshire in our fabulous Park Studios – come and take a trial class with us! For adults aged 18+ of all experience levels.
Adult Ballet Classes
Thursdays, 7:30pm – 8:30pm | Park 5 | £12.60
Saturdays, 10:15am – 11am | Park 5 | £11.34
Our adult ballet classes in Hertfordshire provide a supportive and welcoming environment to have fun and try something new, whether you have no previous ballet experience or are at professional level – and everything in between!
Our Thursday class is taught by Kezia Jolly. Saturday classes are taught by Jayne Bennett. Fees include VAT at 20%.
Adult Tap Classes
Saturdays, 11:45am – 12:30pm | Park 3 | £11.34
Just like our other adult dance classes, this class is suitable for those of all abilities! Tap dance is a form of dance characterised by rhythmic tapping sounds made by the dancer’s shoes striking the floor. This dance style combines elements of dance, music, and performance, with dancers often aiming to produce intricate and syncopated rhythms.
Classes are taught by Sarah Woodroof. Fees include VAT at 20%.
Dance for Parkinson’s
Thursdays, 6:30pm – 7:30pm | Park 5 | £5
Parkinson’s disease is a degenerative neurological disease, which means there is no cure, and there’s a vast and varied range of symptoms for people suffering with Parkinson’s disease, but dance can really help with slowing down the symptoms by keeping the body and the brain active.
