Tring Park is an extraordinary school. You will be supporting some of the most exciting and talented young performers in the world.

Welcome

Our classrooms are full of singers, dancers, actors and musicians, who have a thirst for knowledge in their academic lives and are focused and dedicated at being the best they can be.

You will be part of their experience, whether sharing your passion for your subject in the classroom, looking after their pastoral needs, or in the vital support functions that keep the school running behind the scenes. Whichever part of the team you work in, you’ll be helping our students so that their futures can be anything they want them to be.

About us

Tring Park School for the Performing Arts is one of the UK’s leading vocational and academic schools, situated in a Rothschild Mansion boasting 16 acres of land within the glorious Hertfordshire countryside.

Our pupils study a dual-curriculum; meaning they receive rigorous training in the performing arts, that is combined with a full academic curriculum including GCSEs and A Levels.

We look after 360 boarding and day pupils, aged 7 to 19, which means we have a whole team of people in many different roles including teachers, medical staff, HR, events, marketing, housekeeping, security, wardrobe and catering – to name a few!

Employee benefits

Working or living in Tring or the surrounding towns in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire has many benefits.

There are many excellent schools and London is within easy reach, with the train from Tring to Euston taking only 40 minutes. The M25 is only 15 minutes away providing great links to the airports surrounding London.

We also offer free school meals and afternoon tea, free onsite parking, discounts on school fees, an employee pension scheme, a cycle to work scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity schemes, training and development opportunities, death in service cover, an employee assistance programme, counselling/physio support and free flu immunisations and free tickets to school performances and events!

Our vacancies

Tring Park School aims to create an inclusive culture that encourages and values diversity within its workforce, building on the differences individuals bring, enabling the School’s ongoing success.

We seek to embrace diversity drawing on a wide range of views and experiences to provide equality, fairness and respect for all in our employment whilst observing our commitment and responsibility to current legislation.
