Pupils will thrive vocationally, academically and personally
The Middle School at Tring Park forms Years 10 and 11. Two vocational courses are offered: Middle School Dance and Performance Foundation.
Pupils are taught in small classes by well-qualified, highly experienced teachers. This ensures that every pupil is given the best possible chance to attain their maximum potential.
Middle School academic lessons take place 8:30am to 12:55pm followed by vocational classes from 1.45pm to 6.30pm on weekdays.
In Middle School pupils have the option to audition for either the Middle School Dance or the Performance Foundation Course, progressing to the Sixth Form Dance, Commercial Music, Musical Theatre or Acting Course once they reach Sixth Form.
Compulsory subjects are English (language and literature), maths, science (double or triple) and French or Spanish. Pupils also choose three additional subjects from the following options: dance, drama, geography, religious studies, art, history, triple award science and music.
Block A
Geography | History | Religious Studies | Art
Block B

Block C
Triple Science | Drama | Art | Religious Studies
Block D

At Tring Park School we offer an exciting, challenging and diverse learning experience. We recognise that each pupil has their own individual strengths, talents and needs, and we are dedicated to providing a supportive environment which actively helps and encourages every pupil to achieve their full potential.
We offer scholarships for the Performance Foundation Course. Music & Dance Scheme and Dance & Drama Awards are offered for the Dance Course.
Fees are payable in advance and are invoiced before the start of each term. Fees include academic and vocational tuition, general academic books and normal stationery.
*Fees displayed are for entry between September 2024 – July 2025. Fees and charges are non-refundable and are subject to possible increase at one term’s notice. Subject to sibling and forces discounts (10% – please enquire).
All candidates are required to attend an entrance audition for the school. These are held in the autumn and spring term each year. Suitability for a place is determined on talent and potential shown at the time of audition.
Final auditions take place in February or March of each year, and successful candidates are offered places to start in the following September.
Career Prospects
Whilst the majority of our pupils pursue careers in the performing arts, a significant number win places at leading British and international universities, including Oxbridge and Russell Group institutions.
