We value the importance of a broad and rigorous academic education to enable pupils to develop intellectually; thereby helping them reach their full potential in the world of the performing arts and beyond.

Structure

Pupils are taught in small classes by well-qualified, highly experienced teachers. This ensures that every pupil is given the best possible chance to attain their maximum potential.

In the Sixth Form, depending on the vocational course and academic ability, students can choose to study up to a maximum of three Advanced Level qualifications. Academic lessons take place from 8:30am to 12:55pm followed by vocational classes 1:45pm to 6:30pm each weekday afternoon.

Vocational Curriculum

Our Sixth Form courses are for a duration of two years, with the exception of the Dance course which is a three-year programme of study.

Academic Curriculum

Students on the Musical Theatre, Commercial Music and Acting courses are expected to take three A-Level subjects. Due to the fact that they are taking the Trinity diploma, the Dance course does not have this requirement and students can study up to three. Students must select one subject for each option block.
